Great Apartment, clean and spacious.

We received an email the night before our stay with details on how to book in (so make sure you have access to your emails whilst you are on holiday). Very easy to check in. Room was massive! clean and spacious. Ironing board, iron and hair-dryer included. Kitchen didn't have much facilities like cups, cutlery and pans so make sure if you are planning on using it to bring your own. Around a 20-30 minute walk to Vienna's main tourist attractions. Just remember that all food shops close around 8pm if you plan on cooking. Lidl is around the corner. I would stay here again. p.s - also included a washing machine!

Nice apartment. Parking is a headache.

We had the 2 bedroom apartment which was very large. Heat and hot water was great. The kitchen facilities are not amazing. Pretty basic.

No soap or personal hygiene stuff is provided. If you arrive after 8pm there is no nearby store to get those. The apartment is spacious, relatively clean, and conveniently located. There is no nearby parking expect for night parking on the street. The self check in was smooth. Towels and linens are provided. Can accommodate up to four people.

The woman at the reception is very friendly and ready to help. The building is very nice and there are two tram stations very near. The apartment is comfortable and quite new.

The toilet was very smelly and the shower head was broken . The floor handnt been cleaned properly but they dealt with it the next day . The sofa chair was a worn tatty and the overall the Apartment requires better care and attention. The flat was however warm and had clean bedding and easy transport routes

Okayish for a couple nights

Arrived to find reception closed as it was Sunday. No communication provide regarding how to check in, ended up having to call them to get the key - a simple email with check in process would have helped! On entering the apartment the smell of stale cigarette smoke hit us despite several signs saying smoking was forbidden. It took us almost out entire stay to get rid of the smell! Bed was very firm, I actually have some back pain from sleeping in the bed! And the pillows, if you can even call them that do nothing to cushion the head while sleeping. The extractor fan in the bathroom would not switch off the entire time we were there! This lead to a very irritating whirring noise constantly. The kitchen was fairly well equipped however when we went to use the microwave found that it didn't work! This was incredibly disappointing as I had already been to the shop and bought microwavable foods!

Quiet location and beautifully equipped

Quiet location, lovely neighbourhood approximately 15-20 minutes from the centre of Vienna (the tram stop is 3 minutes walk from the apartment). Check in was painless - keys are located in a keylock outside the apartment and you are sent relevant instructions with regards to the entry code. My 2 friends and I stayed in the one bedroom apartment for 2 nights and it was more than big enough for us and was also beautifully clean and very well equipped. We were able to leave our luggage in the basement on the final day knowing that it was very safe. I contacted Anyna Apartments on several occasions and Nina was always very helpful and answered my queries promptly. I would highly recommend Anyna Apartments to my friends.

Spacious apartment in easy distance to city center

Anyna apartments is very easy to get to and easy to use. I called the day before and got the code for the key box. The apartment had 2 rooms and a balcony in the back (for the smokers). The beds were comfy, pillows were perfect and the kitchen was sparsely but sufficiently equipped. At the corner to the street is a neighborhood pub with very affordable food, a Lidel store is just 5 minutes away. Getting into town, you just hopped on the No. 5 tram or the No. 33 tram or the subway or metro trains a little walk away. One criticism regarding the apartment - there were not lamps/outlets next to the beds which was odd. Also, adjusting water temperature in the shower was not easy. Everything else was great.

We got a bigger room than what we booked, the staff was very kind with us. The room was perfect for a few days stay in Vienna if you don't want to spend too much money on a hotel.

Great Place

Very happy, don't let my scores fool you. While my family and I were there, they were doing some renovations, and they started early in the day. Also, the people who pick up the trash are loud at too early of a time. If you want to sleep in, you won't. But the rooms are great, the location is nice, and it's not too far to walk.

Beautiful reception. Comfortable check-in. Convenient location of the apartment near the city center. The apartment has everything you need, good wi-fi. The kitchen is well equipped. Did not like: small pillows.

we took the bus into Vienna the main city, though we were on the outskirts the transit system in very good. the apartment close to the station and the nights are quiet, the cafe at corner is good, but avoid smoking room in back. Nina the manager is very accomodating and speaks 6 languages.
