Welcome to our spacious 115m2 6BR shared apartment located in ground floor!



This private room features a double bed for a good night's sleep and a sofa bed for 2, dining table for 2 and a wardrobe for storing your clothes. A TV with smart TV functions incl. streaming services like Netflix is available so you can enjoy some downtime and watch your favorite shows.



Shared spaces in the apartment include a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, so you can start your day with a delicious cup of coffee. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking up a meal, whether you're in the mood for a quick snack or a full dinner. There's even a desk with three chairs, perfect for getting some work done or enjoying a meal together.

Our apartment is perfectly located for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Popular attractions like the Millennium Tower and the scenic Danube River are both just over 1 km away. The Traisengasse train station nearby provides direct connections to the airport and the main train station, while the U6 Dresdnerstrasse metro station is a short walk away, offering quick access to the entire city.
