The room I stayed in was for a single person, hardly any space to move and the pillows was not right that today I have a neck pain. I am surprised, it was a 4 star hotel. Does not look like a 4 star standards.

Small comfortable and well located

Great location near river, airport bus stop and cathedral. Polite friendly staff decent buffet breakfast. Rooms small but comfotable and quiet. Good internet. Would happily stay again.

Perfect location for exploring Vienna

Pros: Location

Cons: The room was a bit basic, but nice and clean

Location: You can walk to most of the places you would wish to see in Vienna.

The hotel is just a few hundred meters from the historic center of Vienna but in a small, quiet street. So you can walk to most of the attractions, without the nuisance of noise and hassle of city centers. The staff is nice and the room is fine. Breakfast is really good, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a long weekend in Vienna or travels there to see an exhibition, a concert or an opera.

Lovely hotel in excellent location.

Lovely room. Fab breakfast. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Good three-star hotel

The “boutique” name is misleading, as is the four-star rating. The Alma hotel seems to me a good three-star hotel, and it is priced accordingly. My room was in very good condition and perfectly functional, but nothing special. The lobby is tiny. Breakfast is only available until 10 AM (even on weekends) and several items (butter, jam, etc.) are clearly industrial. There is no bar in the hotel. Coffee and tea are available throughout the day in the breakfast room (self-service), but only until 9 PM. Toiletries are limited to two large liquid-soap dispensers, and towels to one small and one medium-sized piece. There is only a small glass door over one end of the bathtub, so showering without splashing the whole bathroom is not easy.

Das Hotel liegt Zentral nähe u Bahn und doch ruhig . Der Frühstücksraum etwas klein aber ganz ok Die zimmer sind mit dem nötigsten Ei gerichtet Das Badetimmer hst keine Türe nur Vorhang Das wc ist seperat . Das einzige kleine Detail was mich aks Frau etwas störte ist nixht so schlinn aber ein Abfalleimer im WC waere angebracht . Wir waren aber sehr zufrieden

Alles perfekt, gute Lage. Keine Aussicht in der engen Gasse. Äusserst nette Bedienung an der Reception und beim Frühstück. Dieses war ausgesprochen reichhaltig. Sehr zu empfehlen!
