It was easy to travel around. Metro and tram were super close. Also there were shops near! Room was clean and nice, little bit hot during this summer.

Die kostenlose Fahrradvermietung ist sehr praktisch und einfach gelöst, zudem ist das Personal ausserordentlich freundlich.

Interessanter Stil-Mix aus Alt und Neu.

Pros: Personal und Service
Cons: Betten könnten etwas größer sein, die Duschkabinen auch.
Location: Verkehrsgünstig am Westbahn. Haltestellen vieler öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Zimmer sind renoviert und bieten alles, was man braucht. Der Mix mit dem alten Gebäude ist gelungen. Leider liegt an einer Seite eine vielbefahrene Hauptstraße = sehr laut. Dafür mit der Lage am Westbahnhof sehr verkehrsgünstig. Das Badezimmer war funktional, aber die Dusche war sehr klein. Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut informiert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war top bestückt, alles wurde kurzfristig aufgefüllt. Htoelgäste können sich den ganzen Tag gratis an Kaffee und Tee bedienen.

Hotel mit Charme und Liebe zum Detail

Wir sind waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende im Hotel. Unser Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und entsprach absolut den Bildern es war alles sehr sauber. Im Hotel selbst wurde noch fleißig gewerkelt und modernisiert was unseren Aufenthalt keineswegs störte da die arbeiten eher im Hintergrund abliefen. Die Türen sind etwas dünn woran man sich erst gewöhnen muss. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr reichhaltig und gut bestückt, es wurde nach Bedarf schnell wieder aufgefüllt und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal speziell der junge Mann am Morgen/Vormittag war wirklich sehr sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auch mit der Kritik an seiner jungen Kollegin, welche am Abend die Rezeption besetzte und meist sehr schnippisch war und genervt wirkte ist der junge Mann sehr gut umgegangen. Wobei dem jungen Mann anzumerken war, dass anscheinend schon öfter Kritik an der jungen Frau bzw.ihrem Verhalten geäußert wurde. Das Hotel leidet definitiv unter solch unfreundliches Personal. Wäre der junge Mann nicht so freundlich gewesen und und unsere Unanehmlichkeiten mit der Kollegin dadurch weggemacht würden wir definitiv eine schlechtere Bewertung bezüglich der Freundlichkeit abgeben.
