Exceptional hotel. Very helpful reception desk. Asked would we like breakfast added. We did and it was fantastic, more like brunch meaning no need for a meal at lunch. We were upgraded and the room was spacious, clean and inviting. Exceptional hotel, polite staff who were very helpful and fluent in English. Highly recommended.

Great breakfast. The bed was supposed to be a king but it was 2 twins put together. The size of the room was awesome. The hall that the rooms are down is very dark, but rooms are sound proof. The person that checked us in was not very helpful or freindly, but the girls were friendly.

I had a great experience at this hotel in Vienna. Everything was very professional and well organized. Before my arrival, I requested a quiet room on a high floor, and they delivered exactly as asked, which I really appreciated. The room was comfortable, clean, and peaceful – perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, everything went smoothly, and I’m happy with the service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Vienna
