It was a lovely hotel. I enjoy our big orange room very much. The tub was lovely. The staff was very nice. The bed was a little hard for me and I wish for healthier options in the restaurant.

The property is not in a walking distance from the city center. They say that the hotel is 15 min walk from center and that was the main reason why we book it. When we arrived they told us that it is more than 30 min walk. That is a misleading. It is an old hotel and very expensive for what it offers.

We spent three very comfortable and enjoyable nights here. The hotel is very well maintained with well appointed rooms. Breakfast was very good with a great choice. We also enjoyed the sauna and steam room. It’s very well located for local transport. There is a rail station with a direct connection to the airport and the 71 tram takes you to the heart of the city in ten minutes.

Staff were ok. Room service was minimal, as room had empty minibar and no coffee machine. Just a kettle with tea and coffee. AC did not work. Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent. This hotel used to be much finer in services, courtessies and amenities for Premium rooms but now most are reduced including the once great executive floors lounge which is now permanently closed.
