Mehr Schein wie sein! Bilder superschön frisiert auf dem Internet. Frühstück nimmt man in einem Durchgangszimmer ohne Tageslicht ein. Es ist KEIN Hotel sondern ein Hostel! Zimmer hellhörig und minimal eingerichtet! Als Vorgang dient eine komische rote Wand! Zimmertüre ist Licht durchlässig und Gegend in der Nacht lärmig!

L’hotel est plutôt bien situé et les chambres sont propre et moderne. Par contre les chambres sont mal insonorisées et on entend tous les autres bruits des autres chambres (personnes qui parlent, personne qui marche avec des talons aiguilles, enfants, etc.). Pendant trois nuits de suite, un homme parlait au téléphone de ~22h à 00h. La deuxième nuit j’ai envoyé un message à l’hotel pour leur signaler ce problème de bruit pendant les

Die zentrale Lage ist einmalig. Das Hotel ist sauber. Fairer Preis. Hotel ist eignet sich nur für Kurzaufenthalte. Desolater Lift im Hause. Das Frühstück ist eher bescheiden. Receptsion ist nur am Tag besetzt. Minimale Möbelausstattung. Rund um den Frühstücksraum sind direkt die Türen der Zimmer. Durch Gespräche am Frühstück werden die noch schlafenden Gäste zwangshalber geweckt.

Hotel in zentraler Lage zu unschlagbarem Preis

Pros: Super Lage geeignet für einen Städtetrip in Wien. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht zu übertreffen. Schönes und sauberes Badezimmer.
Cons: Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre heute auch nicht mehr so teuer, würde das Frühstück erheblich aufwerten.
Location: Super zentrale Lage in der Stadtmitte, etwa 300m vom Donaukanal entfernt. Einkaufmöglichkeiten Hofer und Billa gleich um die Ecke.
Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Meine Anreise war ausserhalb der Rezeptionszeiten. Hab mich vorab per Mail gemeldet, hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Check-out war genau so unkompliziert. Mir hat am besten das schöne und saubere Badezimmer gefallen. Für dieses Preis-Leistungsverhältnis darf man sich eigentlich gar nicht beschweren. Dennoch gibt es zwei drei Kritikpunkte: Wände sind ringhörig und auf dem Zimmer hatte ich nur eine einzige Steckdose. Auf dem Badezimmer gab es kein Föhn, hat mich als Mann aber nicht gestört. Falls ich wieder mal in Wien bin dann liebend gerne wieder im Dan In'n Out.

eher eine Pension

Cons: Die Rezeption mehr besetzen.
Location: Nahe Schwedenplatz (U-Bahn etc)
Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage, daher war es sehr heiss im Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr minimalistisch. Die Lage war jedoch super.
