In the immediate vicinity is the Vienna Trade Fair, Vienna University of Economics and Business, Ernst-Happel-Stadion 2km, Wiener Prater (Riesenrad), Prater recreation area for jogging, cycling. The apartment is 80m2 large and has been completely renovated and furnished to a high standard, is spacious with anteroom, separate toilet, bathroom (second toilet) kitchen,
2 separate walk-in rooms.
