New renovation with homely feel. Everything tip-top condition. Comfy bed. Clean rooms. Near amenities. Near metro station. Definitely recommended place to stay.

Отличная альтернатива отелям

Бронировали в последний момент (приезжали в тот же день), и тут же с нами связалась хозяйка и подробно объяснила, как забрать ключ! Очень удобная, продуманная система, особенно, если вы заезжаете поздно ночью. Супер! Оплатить можно на месте картой, за это отдельная благодарность. Давно хотела пожить в доме с парадной (а это именно парадная - такой красоты подъезд), да ещё и бонусом разрешён выход на крышу. Есть лифт. Очень хорошее расположение, совсем рядом метро, или можно пешком - 40 минут неспешным шагом до самого центра. Тихий район, тихие соседи, хорошая кровать и бельё - мы прекрасно высыпались. В квартире есть всё необходимое, разве что не хватало биде, и мыло с шампунем нужно везти с собой (или можете купить в соседней Billa, она тоже рядом). Для двоих, может быть, две спальни и не нужны, а для семьи с ребёнком или компании - просто шикарный вариант! Больше спасибо за гостеприимство!
