A Lovely Stay

This was a very nice hotel, close to train, tram, and subway stations. It was also very walkable for many of the things we wanted to do and see. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was a wonderful place for a drink with a view. There is a room for the toilet, but the shower is directly in the room, weird on a mother-daughter trip, but sexy on a couples vacation.

It was amazing. I love the bed the best, with down pillow and comforter, it was the most comfortable I ever slept in. The pool was really nice, the receptionists were helpful and friendly. Overall, it was five star reviiew.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the city center. We found could either walk or take public transport to reach any destination. The room was of a good size, but the semi-open plan was unexpected. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

I had an unfortunate accident walking to a restaurant on June 30th and fell and broke my elbow. Front Office receptionist Medina was very helpful in contacting the house doctor who gave us detailed information on the hospital we should go to for care.

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Ferdinand. Location was great. Walkable to all important areas of interest such as the opera house and many parks. Shopping is close by as well. Many restaurants and cafes in the area as well. I would have liked to have seen more counter space but amenities were great. The room was a bit noisy but this is expected in the city centre. We would stay here again. We were a couple travelling on a leisure trip.
