The hotel was good value for money (make sure you opt for breakfast included) and well located to take advantage of good public transport options - cabs are expensive ! Staff were courteous and helpful BUT their is no concierge to help guests Our room was comfortable but our shower was actually ion the bedroom so no privacy/lay in as one was showering! You need to make a reservation early if you wish to dine in one of the two good restaurants at the hotel

Yes,. The Grand Chic was spot less. The staff was very helpful and no issues except in my itinerary it does show Buffet Breakfast was included,. With that the check in said it was not. Very concerning. We came in late from our flight and informing the hotel the driver was at the airport to take us to the Grand .Very impressed with the service.

The arrangement of the room was somewhat atypical. The shower was right next to the bed and the lighting was very dim. We only stayed for one night. It would’ve been difficult for us to stay for multiple nights given how the room was laid out.

The hotel is in a great location and easily walkable to the centre of the city. The room was fine for our needs, and the hotel was clean and tidy. Disappointed by the dining options - no availability for the adjoining restaurant despite trying to reserve in advance - assume no tables are saved for hotel guests - and the breakfast option was costly, with cheaper options nearby. Overall, a very pleasing stay!

The room was tiny and the shower was literally 3 feet from the bed and in the bedroom! Crazy! Best part of this hotel is the included breakfast. Delicious, tons of options and staff was super friendly and kind.

We had the petit room which had the most comfortable bed and a lovely shower. Very clean room, staff very helpful and polite. Kostas the waiter for breakfast was especially polite and helpful. Very good buffet breakfast with an excellent selection of food. Great location. Overall we enjoyed our stay

I am writing to express my absolute delight regarding my recent stay at Hotel Grand Ferdinand Vienna. My experience was wonderful across the board. The front desk staff was consistently friendly and professional, and my room was spotlessly clean. I especially enjoyed the three restaurants located at the hotel, with The Lemon restaurant being a favorite due to its excellent food and spectacular rooftop view of Vienna. The selection for both breakfast and dinner perfectly suited to my taste. The location of the hotel is truly hard to beat: 5-15 min walk distance to the Opera and Kärntner Str. I would return to Hotel Grand Ferdinand without hesitation and would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent location. Check in and out were both completed efficiently and all of the staff we dealt with were polite and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but we did eat at Meissl & Schadn where the service and food were both excellent.
