Staff was excellent, especially young lady with braces! Room was great - very clean and we had an amazing view from up on the 10th floor. Love the location, 10 steps from the tram. My only complaint - and it’s with H2 across the board - is that the shower has clear glass doors and there’s a mirror directly across from it so you can see into the shower from anywhere you’re in the room. For a mother and her adult son traveling together, (and I would imagine for two friends, or pretty much any combo that is not ) this is not comfortable.

Very generous sized room with comfortable beds. Also, loved the radiant-heated bathroom area floor. Enjoyed buffet breakfast with lots of options. Finally, loved the easy access to the U-bahn entrance just yards away from the front door.

Room was very basic but clean and warm. Don’t expect any room amenities. There’s none. This hotel is what I classify as a transit hotel. Not suitable for a stay of more than 2 days. The plus for this hotel is its location. It is located in a shopping mall with Schönbrunn train station at its doorstep. There are several restaurants that are walking distance. The staff are friendly. Breakfast spread is amazing. If you didn’t book your room with breakfast included, the cost is only €11. Highly recommended if you are transiting from one destination to the next.

Locating the entrance to the hotel was impossible. Terrible signage to find the entrance to the parking garage and non existent directions. Room was very small - otherwise a nice hotel with excellent staff

This hotel is highly recommended. Unfortunately, the supermarket, shopping mall, and restaurants in the same building are closed on Sundays. However, the metro station outside the building is very convenient for getting around the rest of the town.

Modern hotel, great location

Lovely, brand-new feeling, modern hotel. The included breakfast is fantastic and beats out most normal hotel breakfast offerings in the US. The location is ideal—steps from the subway which takes you to the old town, walking distance to Schönbrunn. The bunk beds worked out well for our friend trip—power outlets by each bed, comfortable beds. Highly recommend! They provide an all-in-one shampoo/soap in the bathroom.

Place was very convenient just few steps to Meidling train station. Hotel is modern, clean, staffs are friendly. There’s a shopping mall, food court and supermarket connected to the hotel . It was a very satisfying experience.
