The check in is supposed to be automated, One should receive an email with details of the room number and the code for the key holder. But the email we got had 'insert the number here' instead of the numbers. This led to a 30 minute phone-call because the hotel rep was so incompetent that she could not find the reservation. The worst of all was the staff in the breakfast room. Never seen something like this in my life - I was asked to open my bag and prove that I did not nick any food for later. And I am 66 years old! What a disgrace. Finally room keys seem to work for one day only. We stayed five nights and had to get them reset four times! Other than all this, the hotel would have been a fine 3* star hotel. The staff make it a zero-star hotel.

Much better communication between staff and guests

"Self check-in" for which not enough information was provided. Very poor readiness of the person who came to the reception to solve the guests' problems. In my case, very quick help with the check-in process via WhatsApp (room and parking codes). The guest does not receive precise instructions for self check-in before arrival and cannot be sure whether he will have a reserved parking space. It is imperative to insist on self check-in before setting off on a trip! Breakfast modest but satisfactory. The lady in the restaurant was not informed that breakfast is included in the reservation if the reservation is made through hotels.com. Cleanliness of the room, restaurant and facility 4 out of 5 - quite good. We stayed in a triple room on the 5th floor. The biggest problem is poor communication between the few staff (manager on the internet, restaurant staff, support at the reception). A hotel with great potential and average implementation that may cause problems for some. Location excellent, close to Schoenbrunn, U-bahn and tram stations.

Check-in-code did not arrive on time ( one hour before Check-In ), we had to wait in front of the hotel. After communicating over WhatsApp we received the code 20 minutes later. After the check-in process started they had only one room for us and needed more time to give us the second one

Name of the hotel is different than the name online. There is no front desk. I did not receive the email with the details to get in on time. It was very hard to find the hotel and get assistance. The breakfast service is terrible with very unpleasant people and a distrust not allowing a simple woman's bag to be taken to the breakfast room. It is very unlikely that I will use this hotel again

Haare in der Dusche? Schimmel an der Decke... Keine Beschilderung des Hotels wo Frühstücksraum ist. Frühstück bei späterm kommen nur noch Reste kein Nachschub.kein freier Platz in Tiefgarage. Im Hotel keiner erreichbar . Wurden um 8uhr geweckt um zimmer zu verlassen.da zimmer für nächsten gebraucht wird

It was ok, check in was quick! Room was ok but no bathroom space, parking was adequate but the EV charger was Tesla which we had issues using as Tesla site said to ask reservation to be able to use and they said they didn’t know…but the person I asked didn’t speak English well My only issue was the entire hotel smelled of bleach?? Smoke I am not sure which but it was strong and in the makeshift closet of room was a misty odor Good location didn’t have the food, overall it was fine

Her şey mükemmeldi. Tekrar tercih edeceğim ve ülkemdeki herkese burayı önereceğim. Otoparkın olması ve konumun her yere yakın olması harikaydı. Hepsinden öte Otel işletmecileri gerçekten ailem ile kaldığımı hissettirdi. Güvenli ve konforlu konakladık. Keşke daha uzun kalabilseydik, birdahaki sefere yeniden tercih edeceğim.

Hotel sauber und zufriedenstellend

Das Zimmer war klein aber sauber und hatte alles was es braucht.Der Rezeptionist war nett und freundlich und der Service von ihm war gut.Das einzige was nicht so gut war, war die Dusche.Die Wassertemperatur war sehr schwierig einzustellen.Nach wenigen Sekunden wurde das Wasser viel zu heiss.Vielleicht sollte hier etwas gemacht werden.Ich war im Zimmer 211.Alles in allem war das Hotel in Ordnung wenn die Ansprüche nicht zu gross sind.Für Leute mit kleinem Budget kann ich das Hotel empfehlen.

I was greeted by a fun member of staff and made my stay so enjoyable, you have lovely staff and the property is clean shops near by was perfect for my stay .
