Du hast Recht, wir haben keine Minibar im Zimmer, jedoch einen Self-Service-Point am 4.Stock, welcher rund um die Uhr für unsere Gäste zur Verfügung steht und dasselbe Angebot bietet, wie gewohnte Minibars. Ich nehme Deine Anregung zur Reinigung sehr ernst und bespreche das umgehend mit unserem Reinigungspersonal. Wir hoffen, Dich für Deinen nächsten Wien-Aufenthalt wieder begrüßen zu dürfen. Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel mit gutem Konzept, aber...während der 5 Tage wurde das Waschbecken nie richtig gereinigt, der Überlauf war sehr dreckig. Auch flog überall Staub herum und wurde nicht entfernt. Der Frühstücksraum...viel zu klein, es kam zu Wartezeiten, bei uns bis zu 20 Minuten. Das Frühstück war aber sehr gut!

Lage ist top. Personal sehr freundlich. Modernes Hotel. Leider keine Möglichkeit Getränke zu kühlen im Zimmer.

Ein Kühlschrank kann zum Aufpreis von € 5,00 pro Nacht/pro Zimmer gerne dazugebucht werden. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie bald wieder im Harry’s Home Wien begrüßen zu dürfen. Mit herzlichen Grüßen

Pro Frühstück 2€ günstiger, wenn man es jeweils am Vorabend bestellt. Sehr freundliches Personal (Empfang und Roomservice) Exzellente Aussicht aus dem 6.OG. 180 Grad Blickwinkel über die Donau und Wien durch eine große Fensterfront. Der Ausgang des Hotels führt direkt in ein großes Einkaufszentrum mit einem umfangreichen Foodcourt, jeder Menge Geschäften und einem großen Bowling / Billard / Tischtennis / Elektronikspielcenter. Durch das Einkaufszentrum ist man direkt mit der S und U Bahn Station Handelskai verbunden. Man kommt also bei Regen trockenen Fußes bis zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln mit einer hervorragenden Anbindung (hohe Taktdichte, dadurch kaum Wartezeiten). Falls einem das Frühstück im Hotel zu teuer ist, kann man im EKZ auch sehr gut und günstig Frühstücken. Sky Sport war kostenlos mit dabei! Gut für Fußballfans :) Spaziermöglichkeit direkt vor dem Hotel. Entlang der Uferpromenade, über eine der Brücken und zurück über die Donauinsel. Am Empfang erhält man außerdem bei Bedarf einen Stadtplan (Plakat). Die Aufzuganlage ist angenehm schnell. Nahezu keine Wartezeiten an den Aufzügen.

Die Lage direkt im Einkaufszentrum und die U- und S-Bahnstation in unmittelbarer Nähe ist super. Sehr schöne Zimmer, freundliches Personal und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet.
