The room was great. The temperature was unbearably hot in the room. Also the doors of the room are very thin and dont close quietly. We were woken up many times by banging doors. Staff was great.

Nice room facing the courtyard. Clean with a lovely European breakfast. Elevator is very old, holds only two persons and is extremely slow. Right on the U4 line, so very convenient location

I like this hotel. I like everything except the bathrooms where you have to stand in corner because shower stall is so small, it could and shower head stuck direction of the corner. It is close to the D and U4 for transit to ring strasse. The breakfast was very good and coffee was great.

Upon my arrival, the receptionist told us AC is not available due to customer complaints on the noise. You can imagine a Summer night in August, over 27 degrees without AC. My friend refuse to go back to hotel room until 11pm when the temperature going down. In return, the hotel offered us free breakfast while we were staying, appreciated. The breakfast is a highlight. Really good quality of food.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is walking distance to the city center. We couldn't hear other guests, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the room was relatively spacious. The AC was a big win during the hot days. Only complaint is that some lightbulbs in our room weren't replaced, even after we asked the front desk.
