Great location, close to Stephansplatz and also the metro station. Comfortable, but rooms / beds not huge, even the Privilege double room. Breakfast had a fairly good range of choices. Staff largely helpful.

Fabulous hotel in the city centre. Would recommend this hotel. Breakfast was ok, but a bit pricey and they had run out of breakfast tea on second morning which was a bit annoying, but plently of other teas and coffees available. The only cups available for tea and coffee were small expresso type cups. This would not put me off the hotel though, just wouldn't have breakfast there next time.

Well furnished room in modern style. Easy check-in with friendly and helpful staff. Great location very close to lots of dining options and short walk to all the main tourist sites. The only quibble is the price of breakfasts - 26 euros per person seems very steep. We made alternative arrangements.

Perfect location in the centre of Vienna. 5 minute walk from St Stephen’s Cathedral and surrounded by so many different options for dining, drinking and shopping. Public transport was easily accessible as well. Hotel was immaculately clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Friendly helpful staff in city centre hotel which is in walking distance for many sights and eateries. It is close to tram and underground stations as well as agood range of shops. A nice place for a city break.

Excellent location. Surprisingly quiet considering that it's close to everything. Great room, comfortable bed but room was on the smaller side (as expected in Europe). Shower was good with a rain shower head. Clean room, nice service. Stayed over new year's and housekeeping gave us chocolates and prosecco for new year's eve, which was a nice touch. No iron in the room, you have to access it in another floor, which was a little inconvenient. Lots of shopping and restaurant options around. About 5 minutes walk to Stephansplatz. Close to metro stations, very convenient. Overall, excellent hotel and would stay again.

The staff was helpfull and caring about my confort. I had a bad experience with a taxi driver from the airport who dropped me to the wrong hotel and asking for cash instead of credit card. When I left 4 days later The hotel paid my taxi to the train station. Thank you so much!

The area is good, walk 5 mins to great area of Stephenplatz. Room is small but adequate size for location however no shelves to put clothes. New decor and lovely bathroom but carpet looks old. No secure WiFi and very spotty coverage in room. Expensive bar and restaurant compared to others. Overall fine for price we paid - nothing majorly wrong.
