Very spacious room in excellent location near Rauthaus. Very walkable area to Christmas Markets. Friendly staff, great breakfast, wonderful shower in huge bathroom. Close to restaurants, stores and cafes. Bed was a little hard for my own liking. In room coffee/tea/fridge was appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean however the water was draining slow in the shower and when we went downstairs to tell the front desk the lady rolled her eyes. The next day while taking a shower the bathroom flooded. The younger gentleman with dark hair was very helpful and had it fixed. Most of the staff do not speak good English but the younger dark hair gentleman did.

Hotel Zipser, a great location and wonderful place

Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Zipser. The staff were helpful, the cleanliness and accommodations were pleasant. The hotel is also located in a great place, very close to city center and cafes.

Nice stay

We liked our stay at this hotel, and the staff were always helpful. Our room was a little small, and the step to get in and out of the shower was very high, and not good and safe for two older ladies in their early 70’s. We would stay there again as it is quite centre to any of the Christmas Markets.
