I would definitely give 0 stars if it were possible. This place was absolutely terrible; the only positive thing about it was the location. It was extremely dirty and nowhere near 4-star standards. Our first room had electrical issues and the lights wouldn’t turn on. The receptionist told us a technician could only check it the next day! The next day, the technician said the problem couldn't be fixed and we had to move rooms. In the new room, while it was -3°C and snowing outside, the heating system was broken and blowing cold air. No one took responsibility until we forced the receptionist to come and see for themselves. We eventually had to demand a portable heater just to survive the night. The pillowcases, bedsheets, and towels were so dirty they had changed color. The smell of dampness and mold was suffocating, and because there was no ventilation, we had to open the windows in -3°C weather after every shower. The breakfast was a joke—no variety and poor quality for the price. The staff were unprofessional and completely uncoordinated; new shifts had no idea what happened during the previous one. Do not waste your money on this place. It’s more of a low-end hostel than a hotel. Avoid at all costs!

A reggeli nagyon finom és bőséges volt, pár lépésre a Schönbrunn kastélyhoz, az ágy nagyon jó volt, csak a szoba, fürdöszoba felújításra szorul. Kávé, tea , víz bekészítve a szobába. Hiába Bécsben hétvégén szabad a parkolás, be akartak a saját garázsukba rakni, de addig érdeklődtünk, amig kinyögték, hol parkolhatunk az út szélén.

Odalar temiz ve yeterli genişlikteydi. Konumu iyi, metro durağına yakın. Personel kibar ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltı yapmadım, Sadece kahvaltı salonunda misafirleri karşılayan amca biraz daha kibar olsaydı keşke.
