No elevator from ground floor to the 2nd floor where the main elevator is located. Paper forms needed to be filled out. No refrigerator, no iron, no hair dryer located on each room and all of these items except the refrigerator are all at the reception area and I need to deposit $20.00 to get these items after returning one item to the receptionist/ front desk. The staff are very friendly, highly professional, exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. They compensated for what I did not expect and experience during my stay.

Leider absolut das Geld nicht wert: - eine große Baustelle im Innenhof, die das schlafen ab halb 7 unmöglich macht und auf die vorab bei der Buchung oder beim Checkin nicht aufmerksam gemacht wurde - veraltete und wirklich extrem minimalistische Zimmerausstattung, die nicht wirklich den Fotos auf der Website entspricht und ein Krankenhausfeeling vermittelt - die zwei zur Verfügung gestellten Handtücher hatten Flecken

The room had no air conditioning for 2 nights figured they switch it off. Don’t educat customer how to switch it on. Second it is an emerging new green policy touts their water is clean to drink. Do not provide glasses. This is a very uncomfortable for travelers unfamiliar with Europe. All in all a lousy experience will never stay in Ibis again. The relief was the staff so courteous

Excellent located hotel near Sbahn and underground

Excellently located hotel-10minutes on subway to city centre . Room was in good overall condition,towels changed daily Breakfast was limited in selection but enough variety to start the day One thing to be aware of is that the shower is in the room (toilet in separate cubicle) so hopefully you’re not shy if sharing a room!

Ibis Budget ON A BUDGET

This is the worst Ibis we have ever stayed in - and we have stayed in many, all kinds. This is Ibis budget ON A BUDGET. The shower and sink were inside the room, which is uncomfortable even for a couple, imagine friends! The toilet was tiny with a wafer-thin door that didn't even have a lock (not to mention that sandpaper is softer than that toilet paper!). There was nothing for you in the room besides a soap and towels, if you need a hairdryer be prepared to leave 20 euros in the reception - cash only. There was no wardrobe, just a couple of hangers on the wall. The bed was awful and the one pillow provided was as thin as its cover. To make things worse, our heating wasn't working, so we woke up in a freezer (as we are in January). This is the only time reception was slighly helpful and changed us to another room. They didn't seem to care about anything or even bother to smile at you. The area around the hotel is horrible and we felt very unsafe. We had never experienced such an unpleasant experience at Ibis and it made us lose faith in the brand.
