Super Lage, freundliches Personal, schönes Zimmer mit top Aussicht. Zimmer teilweise etwas staubig und die Dusche war nicht dicht, Wasser lief ins Zimmer.

Ich war über die Lage unseres Zimmers enttäuscht! Unter Bassline mit Aufpreis wurde Blick über die Altstadt von Wien oder ein Balkon versprochen! Zimmer 516 hat keines davon! Unser Aufpreis war also nicht gerechtfertigt! Schade

Lieber Roland, vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Es tut uns leid, dass du mit dem Zimmer nicht ganz happy warst. Hatten wir die Chance, dir das richtige Zimmer rauszusuchen? Bassline hat bei uns mehrere Möglichkeiten: Hohes Stockwerk, Stadtblick, Terrasse! bin mir sicher wir hätten ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick gefunden. Liebe Grüße

Spezielles Design. Möglichkeit LP auf Zimmer zu nehmen zum Musik hören. Sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet. Etwas wenig Stauraum. Wasser in Dusche fliesst nicht gut ab

Also das Hotel und die Zimmer, sowie der Zimmerservice waren sehr gut. Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Weniger zufrieden sind wir mit der Leistung am Empfang und in der Dach-Bar. Als wir angekommen waren, war da unten in der Bar noch Hochbetrieb. Nachdem wir die Zimmer bezogen hatten, wollten wir noch auf einen Drink in eben diese Bar. Dort angekommen und die Karte studiert, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es sich um eine geschlossenen Gesellschaft handeln würde und wir nichts bekommen würden. Aber auf der Dachterasse, da würden wir noch was erhalten. Was dann auch so war. Ein guter Empfang hätte das bestimmt erwähnt und mitgeteilt. Am zweiten Tag gingen wir dann direkt aufs Dach. Da hing zwar wieder ein Schild wie am Vorabend, dass man ausgebucht sei. Da es am Vorabend funktioniert hatte und keiner etwas gesagt hatte, gingen wir rein und warteten im offenen Bereich auf den Kellner. Der kam dann auch nach einiger Zeit und teilte uns mit, dass a) der Aussenbereich schon geschlossen sei (obwohl die Türen offen waren und andere Gäste draussen waren!?) und b) eben schon ausgebucht sei (obwohl es ausreichend Sitzplätze gegeben hätte. Tja, und dann noch das Check-Out. Keine Frage, ob alles ok. gewesen wäre, oder wie s uns gefallen hätte. Tja, eben, Zimmer und Zimmerservice toll, sonst aber ....... Freundliche Grüsse.
