Long weekend to visit Christmas markets

Pros: Apartment was big enough for us and very clean and quiet.
Cons: Bathroom was not maybe best part of the room and gas heating was little bit noisy
Location: Apartments location was excellent and we managed to visit many Christmas markets as well to meet our Friends. Short walk to all major places in Vien

Zentral gelegenes Appartement in Wien Kreis 1

Pros: Die Lage, das kostenlose WLAN
Cons: Sauberkeit der Räume & Zustand der Einrichtung, Wasserkocher & Mikrowelle, Fernsehempfang im Bett
Location: Kreis 1 - nähe Universität und Rathaus. Sehr gut gelegen. 1h vom Hauptbahnhof zu Fuss.
Wir waren nur für einen Kurztrip am Wochenende in Wien. Die Kontaktaufnahme verlief holprig, da telefonisch versucht wurde mich zu erreichen. Ich erledige meistens alles per Email. Aber nach dem Telefonat haben wir einen Treffpunkt abgemacht und wurden vor Ort für die Schlüsselübergabe empfangen. Das Appartement ist grundsätzlich sauber bis auf Müll der noch im Eimer war und einzelne Papierabfälle die in Schränken lagen. Die Einrichtung war auch okay, aber nicht unbedingt für ein Baby geeignet - alles sehr viel Glas und sehr schick mit niedrigen Tischen und Deko. Mir persönlich fehlte der Esstisch und mir fehlten auch die Zimmer - es ist ein offener Bereich, lediglich WC und Dusche sind separate Räume. Die Schubfächer ließen sich nicht sehr leicht öffnen, sondern waren auch beschädigt. Mit zwei Händen ging es aber. Für Familien mit Kindern eher weniger geeignet. Grundsätzlich aber eine passable Unterkunft mit netter Verwaltung. Der Fernseher konnte nicht zum Bett gedreht werden. Beim Bett war aber ein Mini-Fernseher, allerdings ohne Empfang - lediglich für DVD geeignet. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, aber die Gläser waren überwiegend mit Fingerabdrücken und zum Teil Resten. Ein Wasserkocher und eine Mikrowelle haben uns gefehlt.
