Even though there was no reception, it was easy to access the building and the room. Great location close to the palace in a very nice neighborhood. It was about 5 mins away from the station. The room was larger I was expecting. Didn't use the kitchen but all the utensils to cook were present. It. We would definitely book it next time we visit Vienna.

Great location near U-bahn and Schönbrunn Palace - definitely recommend for exploring Vienna. Room was clean and well presented. Limehome were great with communication through email and provided all information ahead of arrival. Early check in for free was available too.

Oda güzeldi her şey konforlu ve temizdi. Ancak odam temizlenmiş olmasına rağmen beni içeriye almadılar, saat 15.00 kuralının bu kadar katı olmasını anlamsız buluyorum. Oda zaten temiz ve odaya ben giricem yani hani dünya saçması bir şey. Hotels.com’un da iletişim konusunda yetersiz olduğunu düşüyorum. Müşteri temsilcisi yok, numara yok, mail yok. Sorununuz varsa öylece kalıyorsunuz bir sanal bot üzerinden sınırlı seçenekle sorununuzu anlamaya çalışıyorsunuz o seçenekler arasında değilse muhatap sıfır. Kesinlikle yetersiz ve sorun teşkil ediyor.
