We had to wait 3 hours in reception because their sustem was not working and they couldn't see our booking from your site, and their attitude was horrible, that lady from reception said what she sopoust to do it’s not her fault so.. if we don’t want to wait we can find another hotel and I said ok but that means maybe if the system it’s not working maybe the site will give the money from my account because I did’t attend for booking and she said this Is not her problem we have to speak with someone from your site to explane this. After we waited 3 hours she gave as the keys, she did’t want to explane us where ia the room or etc she just told us wich floor. But the hotel has very clean, it’s a very good location, food and prices for parking in special was very cheap, and room was quit big . Thank you

The room was basic without anything extra. I got new towels every day. Unfortunately, all the sounds from the neighboring rooms and the corridor could be heard very clearly in the room. A small thing, but on a rainy day you couldn't borrow an umbrella from the hotel.

Einfache und saubere Unterkunft, direkt beim Westbahnhof. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen an der Reception, Betreuer des Frühstücksbuffets verhielt sich aber sehr abweisend. WLAN funktioniert nicht. Verbindung ist immer wieder abgebrochen, oft konnte sie schon gar nicht aufgebaut werden.

Hotellin aula oli siisti, mutta huoneet olivat vanhahtavat ja suihkutilat kaipaisivat remontointia. Aamupala melko niukka, mutta edullinen. Hotellin sijainti on hyvä.
