Viennese Gem with a Golden Host!

From the moment we booked our stay, we knew we were in for something special, but Marion's hospitality and her exceptional apartment far exceeded our expectations! Marion's dedication to ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect was evident from the outset. Not only did she meticulously curate lists of everything one needs to feel at home in Vienna and its charming neighborhood, but she also provided us with detailed insights into the best restaurants, attractions, and transportation. Such thoroughness and consideration are rare and truly appreciated. What set Marion apart even more was her proactive approach in sharing timely tips and local happenings. Waking up to a message about the farmers market on a Saturday morning added a delightful local touch to our Vienna experience. Now, the apartment - oh, what a gem! While the photos showcased a beautiful space, they genuinely didn't capture the full essence of its beauty and comfort. It was equipped with everything you need, and then some, to have a relaxed and luxurious stay. The location was ideal—centrally situated yet serene, making it a breeze to visit Vienna's major attractions. We wholeheartedly recommend Marion's place to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Vienna. We can't express enough gratitude for her hospitality and dedication. Lovely apartment with easy access to central Vienna

Stayed 3 days on our first visit to Vienna. Apartment was large and clean with all facilities. Easy access to central Vienna on the No.2 tram just around the corner. Owner was efficient in responding and arranged for parking outside the apartment.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber, ein schöner Balkon zum Hof, kostenloser Parkplatz im Parkhaus. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war von Buchung bis Abreise 1a. Tolle Konditorei ums Eck mit leckerem Frühstück. Wenige Gehminuten zur Strassenbahn. Die Linie 2 fährt alle paar Minuten, in ca. 20 min ist man im Zentrum. Mit den öffentlichen kommt man überall gut hin. Fazit: als Ausgangspunkt um Wien zu erkunden sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

In der Unterkunft entsprach alles seiner Beschreibung, sie war wunderschön. Wir werden uns noch lange an die Terrasse erinnern. Wir können Frau Marion nur empfehlen, sie hat uns geholfen, aber nicht gestört. Wir werden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen.

Eine sehr schön eingerichtete, geräumige Wohnung. Es fehlt an nichts, man könnte glatt einziehen. Sehr ruhige Lage, mit der Straßenbahn 2 ist man in 15 Minuten im 1. Bezirk. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, in der Straße zu parken. Die Gastgeberin, die mit ihrer Familie im selben Haus wohnt, ist freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder

Ideal für einen Wientrip

Wir haben hier eine tolle, saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung vorgefunden, ideal für eine Woche Wien. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Auch aufgrund der angespannten Parkplatzsituation in Wien waren wir seh dankbar für den von der Vermieterin zur Verfügung gestellten Parkausweis, der es uns ermöglicht hat, das Auto sicher vor der Haustür abzustellen. Eine direkte Straßenbahnanbindung gewährt eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Fahrt von max. 15 Min. ins Zentrum von Wien. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wir können dieses Objekt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wenn es uns wieder nach Wien verschlägt, würden wir es nicht anders machen. Vielen Dank Marion für die tolle Zeit.
