1. Die Unterkunftsbeschreibung war irreführend: in der „Shared-App“ Beschreibung wurden ein Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer erwähnt – ohne Hinweis auf ein Gemeinschaftsbad. Die Angaben („1 Schlafzimmer, 15 m², 1 Badezimmer, 3 Personen, ganze Wohnung“) suggerierten fälschlich eine alleinige Nutzung. https://www.holidu.at/d/61729409?ctx=BYOwA6DbVW Da keinerlei Kontakt zum Gastgeber möglich war, ließ sich diese Unklarheit nicht klären. 2. Die Kommunikation mit Holidu war katastrophal: am Anreisetag erhielt ich keine Informationen zur Schlüsselübergabe. Die in der App angegebene Nummer 43800706*** ist nicht vergeben, die zweite Frankfurter Nummer reagierte zu keiner Tageszeit. 3. Völlig unzureichende Kommunikation seitens Camelotels. Zudem wirkt der Gastgeber suspekt: auf https://camelotels.kross.travel/ fehlt ein Impressum, Firmendaten oder UID – lediglich eine Adresse in der Slowakei. Das deutet auf eine nicht ordnungsgemäß registrierte Vermietung hin!
