Close to HBF, main train station, and there are several restaurants nearby for dinner. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious food items. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location near the train station and public transport. The room was spacious and very comfortable. However, I didn’t like that the shower floor didn’t drain and water pooled the first night. Reporting issues was inconvenient since the rooms have no phones and the iPad provided didn’t work. Reception fixed the shower the next day, but the hair dryer was never repaired. We received a very warm welcome on our first day, and the last front desk receptionist also gave us excellent service by helping us plan our final touristic route. Thanks to them, I can say the front desk team provides great service overall. One night we tried the bar, but the bartender wasn’t very attentive. Perhaps it was due to a language barrier, but he seemed to just be going through the motions. We chose not to return to the bar.

We had a very poor experience with this property tending to the lower end of service and quality to the point we were forced to check out a day earlier than planned and move to another hotel. Whilst the staff were polite and open areas of hotel well maintained, we were given a room where the air conditioning simply did not work, we complained about it but nothing was done. Simple housekeeping requests for providing additional hangers went unattended and final straw was when they did not even clean the room even though we left a card on the outside door handle asking for the same. Finally, refused to refund final day charges on the grounds we booked through a third party site, as if removes their responsibility for guest service! Don’t think we will be using this group of hotels again!

Very clean , excellent location if arriving late at the station as just across the road. Very helpful for gluten free options at breakfast, given bread, muesli and a muffin. Plenty of gf options on the buffet. At check-in I asked about options to make tea in the room and they gave me a kettle. Perfect service. Drinking water available at a water station in reception.

The location was great. We found the check in wonderful, the gentleman was from Canada, like us. The bartender was gruff, and rude. When I woupd ask him for something, he acted like I was bothering him. We askwd for.our room to be made up daily. The first day no one came. Our door handle to our room was broken, and we had to ask twice before it was rectified.
