Not what we had hoped for

Stylish in the photos but not designed to be lived in. Bathroom down steep stairs from the rest of the living area, with broken banister. Kitchen impractical for anything but making sandwiches. Good beds but bedside lighting chosen for looks rather than efficacy. Roof top deck unappealing, good mainly for smokers. Communication with manager was unsatisfactory. They paid lip service to daily complaints about construction on the apartment next door, which only ceased once the job was finished. Huge pillows on the beds were "Vienna standard." An argument over whether their ad did or did not refer to the bathroom being on a different floor. Turns out there were different versions of the ad. Location close to trams but 20 minutes by tram from the centre.

We vonden het een fijn appartement. Mooi en ruim opgezet. Nog een airco in de tweede slaapkamer zou het nog fijner maken met nog wat extra keuken inventaris.

- wir kamen nicht rein,da nirgendwo stand das man Code's für Haustür und Schlüsselbox bräuchte- bekam Code's erst durch Anfrage - keine Info das der Aufzug nur mit Transponder funktioniert - verschimmelte Portion Nudeln in der Mikrowelle vom Vormieter (wurde am Abend ausgetauscht nach Beschwerde meinerseits) - geländer defekt bzw wackelig- kein Whirlpool wie ausgeschrieben vorhanden - Jalousien kaputt - bügel in Schränken kaputt- Stühle sehr zerschlissen und instabil - Kühlschrank rückwand aufgerissen - Lage war gut, man kam schnell in die Altstadt - saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher - ansonsten gut geputzt

Sauber und modern

Die Straßenbahn Haltestelle ist mit einem kurzen Fußweg gut zu erreichen.Einkaufen für Lebensmittel ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.Das Parken in Wien ist nur kurz möglich, ansonsten Tiefgarage,ist von der Wohnung aus in gut 5 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar.Die Wohnung war modern ausgestattet und sauber.

Verbesserung

Die Fewo war ok. Leider gab es folgende Dinge nicht: Geschirrhandtücher, scharfe Messer, Batterien für die Fernbedienungen für Fernseher und Klimaanlage. Geschirr und Gläser insbesondere Weingläser waren nur im geringen Umfang vorhanden. Das Treppengelände/ Absperrung der Treppe war sehr wackelig. Ansonsten ok. Etwas laut wegen momentanen Baulärm.

Die Fotos sind definitiv kein Fake. Die Wohnung ist wirklich wie auf den Fotos. Definitiv zum weiterempfehlen. Sehr schöne Wohnung.
