The friendly and respectful neighbors add to the charm of the community. The apartment includes two spacious rooms: a bedroom with a king-sized bed and a living room furnished with a comfortable couch, a work desk with a large extra screen, and a piano. Additionally, it is possible to add a put-up bed anywhere in the apartment to accommodate one extra guest.
There's also a large kitchen-dining room that was put in 2023. The bathroom, updated in 2023 as well, has a modern shower, a bathtub, and a toilet, plus there's an extra small bathroom with just a toilet. The apartment gets sunlight in the morning and afternoon, is heated with a traditional central gas system, and has super fast internet and a high-quality Sonos sound system.
