Booked a room with hot tub, given a room with no hot tub at first. Told the receptionist and given a room with a hot tub that is not working. No refunds and nothing extra given. Water heater not working 90% of the time and water boiler is so dirty.

I booked a particular room with a queen bed and a view and I was given two single beds and no View. I was told I would get the room I was looking for tomorrow but that was not going to happen because I found the room to be seriously overcharged for what I was getting. I was not happy
