Yes there is plenty of parking at the beach and in the parking lots in front of the hotel and my car was safe during my stay. The air conditioning was very cool and the bed was super comfortable. Paula at the restaurant was very sweet and helpful.

Cool, fun hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Convenient area within walking distance to the beach and many of the bio bay tour or other activity meeting spots. Nice rooftop lounge area with a hot tub and bar that starts partying at 4 pm on the dot (which could be a downside if you’re trying to get an afternoon nap). Good restaurant for dinner downstairs but not much for breakfast, and when we were there not much was open early in the day—Vieques takes island time seriously it seems.

We had a great stay at El Blok in Vieques. Our room was super clean, and the whole place felt welcoming, charming, and safe. Kiani at the front desk was awesome. She helped us get settled into our room and gave us great local tips for tours and food spots. The vibe has that relaxed beach-town feel that makes it easy to unwind, and the ocean views just make it even better. Being so close to the water and surrounded by that laid-back island atmosphere really made the stay special.
