bad experience

We spent at the hotel for 1 night. When we arrived no one was available at the reception and we needed to look for the person which was serving in the resturant. The room was smelly and one of the beds was very soft mattress . We could not find again no one at the reception to complain. The hotel is advertised as 4 star but it is not even 2 star. When we checked out they charged us in higher price even that I showed the hotel.com reservation .

Goed, verzorgd hotel. Lekker ontbijt!

Wij hebben dat hotel geboekt omdat er goede beoordelingen over waren, het in de buurt was van Walibi Holland (ong. 25 min rijden) De prijs was ook een pluspunt €89 voor 1 overnachting met ontbijt. Het is een simpel, maar ordelijk hotel. We waren met 3, 1 volwassene met 2 kids. De kamer was voldoende, maar niet zo ruim (2 persoonskamer met 3 bedden in). De badkamer was netjes en er waren voldoende producten en handdoeken. Het personeel aan het onthaal toen we toekwamen was niet zo vriendelijk, maar het werd goed gemaakt door het vriendelijke personeel in het restaurant/bar. Redelijk goede bedden, wel jammer met het uiterst warme weer dat er geen airco aanwezig was, dus niet zoveel geslapen. Ook nog redelijk lang lawaai van andere gasten, tot zeker na middernacht. 's morgens genoten van een lekker uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Alles was verzorgd en werd snel terug bijgevuld!! De zaaljongen stond er wel alleen voor, dus chapeau voor hem! Het uitchecken verliep dan niet zo vlot. Er moest terug uitgecheckt worden aan de bar, net zoals het inchecken. Het duurde wel even, omdat de barjongen geen ervaring had met het computersysteem en zoals reeds eerder gezegd, hij stond er alleen voor... Het uitchecken duurde toch wel een half uurtje. Ter compensatie kregen we wel een kop koffie aangeboden. De streek rond het hotel is heel bosrijk en ideaal voor fietsers! Rond het hotel zelf valt niet zoveel te beleven, maar men kon op vele plaatsen fietsen huren.

Gemoedelijk hotel vlakbij de bossen

Direct een gevoel van gezelligheid. In het café-restaurant wordt je meteen een gratis kop koffie of thee aangeboden. Prettig personeel; snel behulpzaam bij het inschakelen van de Wifi. Er was rust. Tegemoetgekomen aan ons verzoek om rustig gelegen kamer: het was er echt stil. Alleen jammer dat het water van de douche niet goed mengde.

aangenaam verblijf in vierhouten

We hadden er een heel goed verblijf spijtig dat het weer niet mee viel vooral omdat we gekomen waren voor te fietsen het is daar echt een fiets paradijs maar het weer viel erg tegen. Dan hebben we er een wandel vakantie van gemaakt en is ook goed meegevallen
