Beau cadre de villégiature

Séjour de 2 nuits dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel. Je fais attention au calme et la propreté des hébergements lorsque je me déplace. Ces 2 critères ont été satisfaits, en plus d'un magnifique cadre au milieu de la nature. En revanche cet hébergement convient davantage pour un séjour en amoureux que pour un déplacement professionnel en solo :). Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner proposé en hiver, mais j'ai été prévenu le jour de mon déplacement. Ce n'est pas clairement indiqué sur le site d'Hotels.com. En revanche il y a une kitchenette qui permet de se débrouiller correctement, pour peu qu'on ait fait quelques courses auparavant.

Loin d'être mémorable! La politique d'annulation s'est avérée être un véritable casse-tête, et le personnel, bien qu'aimable, semblait naviguer dans une mer de confusion chaque fois que des questions étaient posées. Essayez d'envoyer un e-mail à la direction, et vous serez accueilli par un silence assourdissant. La communication semble être une notion trop complexe à maîtriser pour votre établissement. J'ai sollicité un remboursement total ou parciel en raison de circonstances particulières: l'établissement ferme ses portes après 20h30, et je prévoyais une arrivée tardive dans la nuit. Non seulement ma demande a été refusée, mais le sentiment de m'être fait voler (208,56e) est indéniable. Ajoutez à cela j'ai contacté l'établissement seulement apres 10 minutes de la réservation. Le personnel semble perdu et incapable de traiter des situations simples, et la direction est apparemment inaccessible...
