Elegant environments for our holiday home completely renovated, with many amenities: 2 TVs including 42-inch, DVD / dvx player, stereo, dolby surround, mosquito nets everywhere, air conditioning, washing machine, large electric oven, hairdryer, electric machine for coffee and cappuccino, juice extractor, ceiling fan, beautiful furnishing accessories for those who love refinement ..... External veranda of 35sqm (if desired, one could also sleep on the veranda)
fully equipped and closed by mosquito nets and large windows show home. The photos show the apartment, the covered outdoor veranda, the outdoor veranda and the real view from the veranda. A picture shows the 14 steps a bit 'steep to climb to access the apartment, a bit' difficult only for those who have problems with walking. You will be surrounded by the green of the hill (on which we are positioned) and by the sea with the convenience but having everything within easy reach in a few minutes, both free and equipped beaches with free parking. Slightly saline drinking water. Stay IMPERATIVE from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday-Sunday not in high season (we can also agree different periods depending on availability). Da Floriana soggiorno da favola.

Appena giunti all'appartamento ci ha accolto la proprietaria Floriana con suo marito che sono di una cordialità e disponibilità estremi. Ci hanno mostrato tutta la casa che appariva esattamente come dalle foto, mostrandoci il funzionamento dei condizionatori e dei vari elettrodomestici a disposizione. Inoltre ho potuto parcheggiare la macchina in un parcheggio chiuso. La casa è poco distante (500 m) da una delle spiagge più belle di Vieste (San Lorenzo e la Baia dei colombi), dotata anche di un lido accogliente e ben organizzato, con ristorante ed animazione. La vista è incantevole ed al mattino svegliarsi al canto delle cicale è una sensazione rilassante, per non parlare della libertà di potersi godere un barbecue in tutta tranquillità. Per riassumere, Floriana è garanzia di pulizia, cordialità e cortesia da consigliare e che ci vedrà nuovamente ospiti.

Nous avons été accueillis par Floriana de façon très amicale. Elle a pris le temps de nous montrer la ville et ses meilleures adresses, les plages, le logement est tout à fait conforme à la description. Nous nous y sommes sentis bien à l'aise et avons beaucoup apprécié la région.

Appartamento pulito e molto curato nei dettagli.La veranda offre una vista su Vieste bellissima

La casa ha un ottima posizione vicinissima alle spiagge (raggiungibili anche a piedi) e a soli 2 min da Vieste (dove puoi passare bellissime serate). La proprietaria Floriana è una persona fantastica , appena arrivi ti mostra dove sono situate le spiaggie e ti porta a fare un giro per Vieste mostrandoti cosa fare e come farlo (informazioni che ci sono state molto utili). L’appartamento è molto carino ,confortevole e sopratutto pulito. La veranda regala una bellissima vista su Vieste che di notte diventa veramente suggestiva! Ancora un grazie speciale a Floriana che ha reso tutto ancora più bello!!

Perfetta, resterà nei sogni dei miei bimbi.

Devo dire grazie alla cara Floriana, la proprietaria, per averci fatto trascorrere una breve ma intensa vacanza meravigliosa in un posto meraviglioso. La casa corrisponde perfettamente alle descrizioni, una vista meravigliosa sulla spiaggia e sulla città di Vieste, vicina a bellissime spiagge con relative grotte che hanno fatto innamorare i miei bimbi che sempre mi stanno chiedendo quando torniamo nella casetta bianca e blù mare che l'estro e il buon gusto di Floriana l'ha trasformata in un piccolo paradiso, con tutto comodo e super accessoriata, non manca nulla. Non mancano nemmeno gli ottimi e gentili consigli della disponibilissima Floriana, che ti fa trovare subito la miglior gelateria, la miglior pizzeria, la miglior focaccia di tutta Vieste e non solo, i ristorantini eleganti e quelli informali sulla spiaggia, ma sempre con prodotti freschissimi di alta qualità e con un servizio attento, professionale e gentile, potete fidarvi pienamente dei suoi gusti e dei suoi consigli, insomma un'esperienza sicuramente da ripetere per goderci ancora della bellezza del Gargano, della casetta romantica e arredata col gusto di Floriana che voglio ancora ringraziare per tutto.

la favola del PICCOLO MARINAIO

L'impatto quando si arriva , non è dei migliori , la strada e l'entrata ti lasciano qualche dubbio sulla scelta ... ma , più si avvicina l'attico e più si a l'impressione di qualcosa di meraviglioso . Appena entrati un profumo di fiori ti avvolge e ti sembra di stare in una favola ( il piccolo marinaio ) , tutto è curato nei minimi particolari , camera , bagno , cucina e veranda ( FANTASTICA ) , un tema che si ripropone anche nel panorama che ti circonda , la collina la veduta sul paese ( meravigliosa di sera ) , il faro che di notte ti fà l'occhiolino e un meraviglioso mare blu . La cucina è attrezzata di tutto per poter preparare qualche cenetta e goderti lo spettacolo . La TV da 40" e lo stereo sono da contorno . Le spiagge più belle della zona sono vicine , come vengono descritte dalle foto , si possono raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi , il resto lo lasciamo alla fantasia ... o lasciato per ultimo Floriana , perchè merita una citazione particolare , tutta questa favola è merito suo se lo è costruito da sola nei minimi particolari , così come coccola i propri ospiti consigliandoli di tutto , a cui do un piccolo suggerimento , il solarium che si trova sopra l'attico andrebbe valorizzato , puoi prendere il sole nel caso non voglia scendere in spiaggia , puoi fare un aperetivo al tramonto MERAVIGLIOSO , oppure la notte guardare le stelle FANTASTICO , è solo un piccolo consiglio .

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung wie in der Anzeige beschrieben

Sehr freundliche, bemühte Vermieterin, gute Kommunikation auch auf englisch. Kleines Willkommensgeschenk (Produkte aus der Region), kurzes sightseeing bei Wohnungsübergabe, um die nächstgelegenen Strände, gute Restaurants und Geschäfte zu zeigen. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf Vieste und das Meer. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in der alles funktioniert, und die sauber und gepflegt ist. Für jemanden der jedoch die absolute Ruhe sucht und vorhat, lange zu schlafen und viel Zeit tagsüber in der Wohnung zu verbringen, ist sie vielleicht nicht so geeignet.
