The Property:
Located in Vieux Boucau, a typical seaside village on the southern Landes coast, 1.5 km from the beaches and in a peaceful setting, the villa—with its bright living space—surrounded by a private, tree-filled garden, offers comfort and conviviality.

The villa, set within its large fully enclosed 1300 m² landscaped garden with direct access to the cycle path, is situated in a very quiet neighborhood but still close to the town center, shops, and the beach (1.5 km).

All on one level, the house features a large, very bright living room opening onto the terrace shaded by its pergola. The comfortable lounge is equipped with two sofas (including one sofa bed).
Its four bedrooms with high-quality bedding, two bathrooms, and two separate toilets are all great assets for enjoying a high-quality family holiday or a stay with friends.

Table linens (tablecloths, napkins), cleaning products, and basic necessities are provided.

Please Note:
We offer rental of bed linens and bath towels through a professional laundry service. Prices vary depending on the length of stay—approximately €15 per bed per week and about €20 for two weeks. You may also bring your own sheets and towels.
During your stay at this villa, you'll be within walking distance of Lac Marin. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. A kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms are available in the villa.

What a special stay at this property! Damiene was a wonderful generous host and she was very helpful & concerned that I had all that I needed.The house is in a great position by the bike track & close to town and a short drive to the beach. I felt totally at home here !!

Située au bord de la piste cyclable, à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville et de la forêt, la charmante maison a tout ce qu'il faut. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, (malgré les averses de temps en temps), répétition de la semaine de Pâques de l'année passée. Les hôtes sont très attentifs et aimables. À la prochaine !

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison. Sa localisation est idéale : le petit portail donne directement sur la piste cyclable qui permet de rejoindre le village en 5 minutes. Les environs sont calmes, la maison est propre et les hôtes sont accueillants et agréables !

Excellent séjour

Villa de plain pied très fonctionnelle et très agréable à vivre. La terrasse et le jardin nous plongent en pleine nature. La piste cyclable jouxte le jardin, le centre ville se trouve à 5 minutes à pied et les plages à 10-15 mn à pied. La literie est de très bonne qualité et on dort très bien, bercé par le bruit de l océan. L hôte est charmante. Je recommande.

Fantastic holidays

We've had a great sumemr time with our family and dog. The house looks like on the pictures. It was very spacious with a beautiful fenced garden. We enjoyed the table tennis during the day. The neighbours were very nice, and we've had no issues at all. The garden has a door towards the bike/walk path, which is super convinient. It takes less than 10 mins by foot into downtown where you find bakery, butcher, shops for fruits, vegetable, and fish. These shops are highly recommended to buy fresh food. Also, Damiène is a great landlord, she relaly takes care and has made our holiday a memory.

Logement très agréable et bien situé

La maison est idéalement située et très agréable. Tout se fait à pied ou à vélo, la maison est grande et conviviale et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jardin. Idéal pour se retrouver à plusieurs, chacun a sa place, il ne manque rien. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.
