On the ground floor (accessible by a few steps): - a living room with a fitted kitchen and large living room (decorative fireplace only) - a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and its private bathroom with shower A washing machine is available in a shared laundry room, upon request from the owner. Upstairs: - a landing with books and board games - a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed - a bedroom with a 90 x 190 cm bed - a bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside: - an unfenced garden - a terrace with garden furniture and lounge areas - sun loungers - a barbecue Parking on the property A municipal playground, with a ping-pong table, children's games, soccer and basketball courts, adjoins the house and is accessible through a small gate. Welcome to this accommodation where life is good! The owner has carefully chosen an elegant and warm decor that will make you feel at home. Two cats live with the owner year-round in the accommodation and may come to visit you during your stay. Lovers of the language of Goethe or native speakers will be pleased to find many books in German for a complete linguistic immersion. In sunny days, enjoy the large outdoor space in front of the house or explore the surrounding area: the Couesnon Valley 8 km away is a paradise for nature sports (canoeing, mountain biking, climbing) as is the Villecartier forest 21 km away, which is full of leisure activities for young and old (tree climbing course, miniature port, playgrounds, hiking). Stroll through the Ballue gardens or visit the small Cité de Caractère of Bazouges-la-Pérouse 14 km away. Venture into the City of Art and History of Fougères 26 km away.
