An ancient rural tower that, with its cellars, has been transformed into an unusual and characteristic dwelling. From the windows of Torre Avellana you can overlook ranging from cultivations of hazelnuts (Corylus Avellana) right up to the Cimini mountains. By walking down ancient lanes and tufa stone stairways, in two minutes you can reach the historical city centre of Viganello, where you can visit numerous places of tourist interest.

The Tower has a characteristic premises dug out of the tufa stone and equipped with an openspace large kitchen, a table for about 20 people, a wood-burning oven and a brickwork fireplace.

The Pomegranate & Lemon bedrooms are equipped with private small bathrooms and have a wide panorama of the valley, the ceilings have chestnut beams and suggestive walls which are partially dug out of the tufa stone. The rooms have an internal access from the Tower with a spiral staircase and an independent entrance coming in from a characteristic pedestrian lane.

A perfect hideaway for those who seek tranquillity and comfort.
