Amazing property, healthy but close walk to town, the beaches and restaurants. We hiked Rita Vicentina from here in both directions. Charming village. Spacious clean home, great kitchen, all the essentials for a beach house and family, clothes line and courtyard and sweet back patio private and filled with flowers even off season. Owner a great communicator and always available

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille dans cette vaste maison qui se situe dans un endroit très calme. Nous avons apprécié la propreté dans toutes les pièces à vivre. Henrique a toujours répondu très vite à nos questions et nous l'en remercions vivement. Seul petit bémol : le lave linge qui a fuit dans la cuisine à la 1ère utilisation, les joints intérieurs sont colmatés par le sable; le lit de la chambre parentale est beaucoup trop petit pour 2 personnes et le matelas est beaucoup trop dur ! malgré ces 2 petites remarques, nous avons été ravis de séjourner à Salema :) merci à vous.

Like renting a little castle

It's a very silent place, with a warm welcoming garden. The architecture of the house is really interesting. You've got an atrium in the middle of the house - meaning: You look straight from the kitchen to the wohle house at the other end to the garden. So there is quite enough light in the house. Equipment in the house was very good. And whenever a question arises Mr. Duarte is there for you on whatsapp or signal. It's the perfect place for families or friends. A very good place to be if you want to spend some days in Salema.

Beautiful spacious house, perfect for families

We, a family with three kids, really enjoyed our stay in Henriques house. It´s spacious, clean and well equipped in a nice neighbourhood. Henrique reacted quickly to our requests, and had some very nice welcome presents for us. Thank you, Henrique!

Das Haus war perfekt. Tolle Lage, sauber, groß, alles da was man brauchen könnte. Ein toller Vermieter, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Algarve, durchwachsenes Wohnerlebnis!

Die Lage des Hauses ist ok für Leute die gut zu Fuss sind (steile Umgebung). Die Strände in der Umgebung sind einer schöner als der andere, wenn man ein Auto hat, kann man mit ca. 1h Fahrtzeit sowohl an der Süd-als auch an der Westküste die besten Spots besuchen. Ein grosser Wermutstropfen jedoch ist die Ausstattung des Hauses: Es mangelte an allem: Durchgelegene Betten, durchgesessene Stühle, keine Gartenmöbel für draussen, für 6 (oder auch schon für 4) erwachsene Personen nicht zu empfehlen. Die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig (Bettwäsche), verstopfte Abflüsse in den Badezimmern, die Türgriffe sind schwergängig, die Türen quitschen laut, kein internationales Kabelfernsehen, keine Ventilatoren. Preis /Leistungsverhältnis daher nicht stimmig! (Der Vermieter hat auf unsere sofortige Reklamation mit einer Kaffeemaschine über die Reinigungskraft reagiert!
