On the first day, I discovered that the bed still had other people’s clothes on it, which gave off a very unpleasant smell. The following day, I reported this issue to the staff, as it was clear that someone had already used the bedding. I was unable to rest properly and, unfortunately, I developed an eye infection as a result. In addition, despite having rented the accommodation for 24 days, the room was equipped with only four hangers and no wardrobe. I would like to understand why such long stays are accepted if the basic conditions for comfort are not provided.

Nice stay

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel especially the ability to easily get fresh water and coffee in the lobby. Also the hotel is next to a huge supermarket. The room is basic but that’s all one needs if touring.

Clean, friendly staff, easy access, simple but stylish facilities. Good breakfast with essentials. Fresh baked pastries and bread. Only negative for me, personally is the pillow comfort. However, this is a personal preferences on pillows. Otherwise, spotless!

This is quite a new hotel. The rooms are very quiet, clean and comfortable. The free snacks in the room and the coffee machine were nice touches. The breakfast offerings are limited compared to other places we have stayed in Portugal.

Great hotel

A lovely new hotel, close to the metro station, and Auchan. Fantastic bathroom, with an enormous shower! There was free tea and coffee in reception, which was a nice touch. Breakfast included a large spread of items which were replenished very efficiently. The only downside was that the beds had cheap mattresses on, and therefore were very uncomfortable.

Great location!

this hotel looks brand new! super clean. GREAT Location! You can take a 15min walk to the beach. There is supermarket and everything else near by.
