Caxinas

A casa tem uma localização fantástica, junto à marginal que liga Vila do Conde à Póvoa do Varzim. As estações de metro mais próximas encontram-se a 1,5km, pelo a pé ainda se encontram longe. A casa poderia apresentar mais condições. Está com os bens pessoais do proprietário e família. Via-se que estava fechada à algum tempo, não tendo sido efetuada uma limpeza antes da nossa entrada, pois apresentava bastante pó. Dou como sugestão ao proprietário colocar a casa o mais prática possível sem grandes decorações.Retirar os seus bens particulares e arranjar alguém que efetue a limpeza da casa antes e após estadia.
