This charming 100 m² three-bedroom apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia offers the ideal retreat for families and friends seeking comfort and convenience. Located on the 6th floor and easily accessible by lift, it provides a welcoming base for your stay.

The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a comfortable sofa, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining area perfect for shared meals.

The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked dishes, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware. For added convenience, the apartment also includes a dishwasher for easy cleanup, as well as a washer and ironing equipment to cover your laundry needs.

All three bedrooms are furnished with queen beds dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

The two bathrooms are fitted with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing comfort throughout your stay.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is located in the lively Vilar de Andorinho neighbourhood of Vila Nova de Gaia, offering both convenience and local charm. The Vila d’Este metro station is close by, providing a direct connection to central Porto and other parts of the city. Several bus lines also serve the area, making it easy to move around.

Everyday essentials are within easy reach, with pharmacies and small grocery stores just a short walk away. For a breath of fresh air, the Parque da Lavandeira is nearby and features beautiful themed gardens, ideal for a relaxing stroll.

When it comes to leisure and sightseeing, the Jardim do Morro is just a short ride away. From there, you can enjoy some of the most stunning panoramic views of Porto and the Douro River, right beside the famous Dom Luís I Bridge.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest metro station, Vila d'Este, is just a 4-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment offers its guests an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
