Welcome to 55V3 by AlgarveManta, a modern V3 house located in Manta Rota, just a few minutes walk from the sea, ideal for families, couples or groups of friends looking for comfort and tranquility in the Algarve. This accommodation, distributed over two floors, offers capacity for up to 6 people, with 3 spacious bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, providing flexible solutions for different types of stays. It has 2 complete bathrooms, one with a shower on the ground floor and another with a bathtub on the first floor, ensuring comfort and privacy.



On the ground floor, there is a cozy entrance hall, living and dining room, an independent kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances (including electric/induction cooktop, oven, microwave, combined refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle), pantry, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom. This floor provides access to two pleasant patios: one facing east, with table, chairs, barbecue, sink and outdoor shower ideal for outdoor meals and another smaller one at the entrance, facing west.



On the first floor are the two remaining rooms, both with access to balconies, and the second bathroom with a bathtub. The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi and TV, ensuring comfort in any season of the year.



With a privileged location, situated between 700 meters and 1 km from Manta Rota Beach and about 200 meters from the center, where you can find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and other services. The proximity to golf courses and the Ria Formosa Natural Park makes this option even more attractive. The accommodation offers free parking on-site, a tranquil environment, does not allow pets, and is not recommended for young groups.

Descrição correta - Casa bem equipada - Impecável

Excelente estadia. Alojamento de acordo com a descrição e fotografias. Equipamentos e mobiliário modernos. Casa acolhedora com decoração de muito bom gosto. Rua tranquila. Praia da Manta Rota a cerca de 10min e praia da Lota a cerca de 20m. Supermercado e vários restaurantes e pasteleiras a 5min. Perfeita atenção, gestão e disponibilidade dos funcionários Algarvemanta. Nada de negativo a apontar.
