The dwelling is distributed over three floors and accommodates up to 9 people with total comfort. It has four comfortable rooms, including three with double beds and one with two single beds, as well as a room in the attic with a double bed and an individual bed. In total, it offers three bathrooms: one with a shower, another with a bathtub, and a service bathroom.



On the ground floor, there is a cozy living and dining room, a room with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a pantry, and a fully equipped kitchen with a combined refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and Delta Q capsule coffee machine, as well as various essential utensils. On the first floor, two bedrooms with double beds and built-in wardrobes share a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and have access to a generous south-facing balcony. The attic offers an additional comfortable space with a bedroom and support bathroom.



The exterior of the dwelling is perfect for leisure moments, with a wide north-facing patio, equipped with a lounge area, table, chairs, barbecue, and dishwasher, ideal for outdoor meals. The property also features a veranda with garden furniture, air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, MEO TV, and private parking.
