The dwelling is distributed over three floors and accommodates up to 7 people, offering four comfortable rooms: two with double beds and three with single beds, including suite rooms that ensure greater privacy. In total, it has four bathrooms, with different configurations of showers, bathtub, and a service bathroom ensuring total comfort for all guests.



On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a cozy living room, a service bathroom, and a modern open-space kitchen with a dining room. This space extends to a large exterior with a yard, ideal for social moments, where you can enjoy outdoor meals with a barbecue, sink, table, and chairs. On the first floor are two double-bed rooms, one of them en-suite, as well as a family bathroom with a bathtub and balconies facing north and south. The attic includes two more rooms, one with two single beds and another en-suite with a single bed and access to a pleasant terrace.



The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, combined refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, offering everything you need to prepare meals. The house also has air conditioning, mosquito nets, Wi-Fi, MEO TV, safe and iron.



On the outside, in addition to the backyard and leisure areas, there are also balconies and garden furniture that make the space perfect for relaxing. The location is another strong point, with supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and ATMs within walking distance, as well as easy access to golf courses such as Quinta da Ria and Monte Rei.
