The spacious and recently refurbished accommodation is complemented by a patio with outside dining and comfy sofas. A short walk leads you to a selection of tempting restaurants, shops and a daily market selling fresh produce. The nearby beach of Manta Rota with its gorgeous golden sands is easily reached on foot, or by a short car ride.
Situated within a large 2 storey building, this spacious apartment occupies the entire ground floor and has its own private entrance and private swimming pool. Recently refurbished and combining a pleasing mix of old and new features, the internal décor has a cleverly designed bedroom arrangement with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main apartment, complemented by a separately annexed 4th bedroom suite neatly placed at the rear, with its own private access and shower room, making this a wonderful addition for couples who enjoy their own privacy. The excellent facilities continue in the main apartment and include a fully equipped kitchen finished with striking, black cabinets and a small dining table, perfect for home catering. From here, the main hallway leads to a bright and cosy lounge with large open windows overlooking the pool and terraces where you can sample all the essential ingredients for outside living. An attractive archway provides a shady spot for dining, alongside the traditional charcoal BBQ where you can enjoy a lazy lunch or leisurely supper, relaxing afterwards on one of the comfy sofas. For the sun worshippers, sunbeds are provided around the refreshing pool, ideal for a dip at any time of the day. Grounds are securely gated for children to play safely.
