Welcome to 42V3 by AlgarveManta, a perfect refuge located in Manta Rota, just 50 to 100 meters from Lota Beach, with direct access through a wooden pedestrian walkway. This 3-story, 120m² semi-detached house is ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for a relaxing experience in the Algarve.



The property accommodates up to 6 people, with three comfortable bedrooms and a versatile bed distribution, including a double bed and four single beds. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite, with private bathrooms with corner showers, while the third bedroom has a bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms have balconies with views facing East, West, or North, and the attic offers an impressive terrace with sea views.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a combined refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, DOLCE GUSTO capsule coffee machine, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine, in addition to all the necessary utensils for preparing meals. The spacious living and dining room includes a television for entertainment moments and provides direct access to the exterior.



The outdoor space is a true highlight, with a private pool area, sun loungers, barbecue, dishwasher, table, chairs, and umbrella, perfect for outdoor meals and leisure. The property has air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a parking space in the same building.
