The apartment forms part of a quiet residential build that offers views over the Rambla. Guests must always follow the community rules and be respectful to the neighbours.



Before making your reservation, please note the following to ensure your safety and that of the property:

The main guest must complete a brief verification process.

A credit card pre-authorization of 500€ is required. No funds will be held or charged as long as there is no damage to the apartment. The pre-authorization is automatically canceled 10 days after check-out. A processing fee of 10€ applies, and we use a specialized company called Truvifor this process.

In Catalonia, property owners are legally required to collect information from all guests, including minors, and submit it to the local police within 24 hours of check-in.

All guests aged 17 and over must pay a tourist tax of 1€ per person per day, up to a maximum of 7€ per person.
