The Santa Lucia farmhouse is an old farmhouse dating back to the end of the 1800s, maintaining the architectural details of the original structure such as "mezzane" ceilings and wooden beams, stone staircases, terracotta arches. Located in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine Park, in ancient Tuscany it is surrounded by hills overlooking medieval villages of Castiglione di Garfagnana and Villa Collemandina. It is surrounded by greenery, with a large 7x14mt swimming pool, a children's playground, the orchard, the vineyard and a large garden. It has 3 spacious apartments, finely furnished, and well equipped with private dehors and barbecue. Très bel endroit
