Punta Pájaros Villa 6 Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca

Summary:

Punta Pájaros is a regenerative and ecological development located 35 minutes from Puerto Escondido, we are located very close to Casa Wabi designed by the Japanese architect Tadao Ando.



Our purpose is to offer a luxury lodging experience achieving a positive impact on the environment.



The Space:

The development has 11 villas of 1-3 bedrooms with bathroom and private pool. The property is developed on an area of 2.5 hectares with 250 meters of beachfront and our construction impact is less than 8% of the total area.



The project was designed by Arq. Alberto Kalach The villas are facing the sea, surrounded by beautiful vegetation, sea and sand. The ideal place to go to rest and connect with nature.



We have a Restaurant, Beach Club, yoga pavilion and sauna.



Guest Access:

Inside Punta Pajaros we have the La Palapa restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, within our gastronomic offer we have different dishes made with ingredients from the area and the season. We also offer different alcoholic beverages and cocktails.



We have a beach club with a 25-meter pool, a Yoga pavilion and a Sauna for our guests.



You can also book in other restaurants in the area such as Kakurega Omakase and El Pelicano pizzas and mezcaleria.



The Neighborhood:

The place is very safe and you can go hiking, visit Casa Wabi from Tadao Ando and its different pavilions (Alvaro Siza, Kengo Kuma, Alberto Kalach, Bernardo Quinzaños, Kentaro Ishida, Claudia Comte, etc), visit Meridiano Gallery from Axel Vervoordt. And allso close you can take a tour to the bioluminisence of the Manialtepec Lagoon.



Getting Around:

To visit Casa Wabi, the restaurants and the Meridiano Gallery you can walk or bicycle. If you want to visit other beaches or get to know Manialtepec, we can help you coordinate a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

The sea is strong in the area. The villas are piloted on average 1.5 meters above ground level, you must be careful. Children under 12 years old are not accepted. It's an ecological project so you have to be careful.



Interaction with Guests:

We have a concierge service that helps coordinate the arrival of guests as well as reservations in the different restaurants and Casa Wabi.



Daily cleaning of the room is carried out unless otherwise requested by the guest.

This villa offers its guests a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
