La Ginestra is one of the five apartments of our facility Case Vacanze Borgo Faraldi. Surrounded by the characteristic and surprising panorama of the Ligurian hinterland, our facility is located in the historic village of Deglio Faraldi, at 7.5 kilometers from the beaches of San Bartolomeo al Mare.

La Ginestra has a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen with living room and a bathroom with a shower.

The private terrace with little sea view is equipped with a parasol, chairs, table and sun loungers.

This apartment is definitely suitable for lovers of open spaces. In addition to the private terrace, La Ginestra also has a garden with sun loungers, barbecue and gazebo with table and chairs. This garden is in common use with the apartment La Bottega del Fabbro.

La Ginestra and all the apartments of our facility have obtained the Three Suns Certification, which is the highest qualification for all the structures belonging to the 'Holiday Homes and Apartments' accommodation category.

We carry out sanitization with the OZONPLUS ozonation system using ozone generators. The action of these devices eliminates bacteria, germs and pathogens up to 98.98%.

The Restaurant Ai Torki, located at 200 meters from our apartments, is certainly one of the best restaurants in the area to savor the typical Ligurian cuisine.

Summervacation in beautiful landscape

We spend a wonderful week in July in the apartment La Ginestra. It's a modern, cozy holiday apartment, lovingly furnished, in a quiet, original mountain village with a great view. Great equipment for self-sufficiency, very nice host who greeted us very friendly. We liked to relax in the apartment before and after trips to the nearby sea. The air conditioning is also great in the summer. We definitely recommend the apartment for families.

Immer wieder gerne!

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal in Villa Faraldi und sind immer noch begeistert und sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Besonders schön ist die Dachterasse. Man hat morgens früh und auch Nachmittags Sonne. Die Lage oben in den Olivenhaien ist ruhig und abseits vom Trubel unten am Meer. Man brauch auch jeden Fall ein Auto. Wir planen unseren 3. Urlaub in Villa Faraldi. Der Vermieter Fabio ist sehr nett und steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Gibt Empfehlungen für die besten Strände, das beste Eis etc. Auch für die Bedürfnisse unseres 11 Monate alten Sohnes war für Ort gesorgt ( Kinderbett, Hochstuhl). Wir freuen uns schon auf den 3. Urlaub in Villa Faraldi.

Great apartment in lovely village

We were very lucky to find this amazing place on quite short notice. We spend a relaxing week in early August 2017 there. The aparment has a large living room / kitchen, two bedrooms and a fantastic terrace. Deglio Faraldi is a very lovely and quiet villiage at the end of the road. Because its only 15min to the beach you have it all: a place to rest and lots of opportunites for activities close by. Fabio was very helpful, he provides a manual with recommendation for restorants and all. For any open questions we could whatsapp him and he would respond very fast (his english is excellent). For more tips on activites, beaches etc. he also set up a website: borgofaraldi.com (right now only in italian). We can very warmly recommend this great place! Thank you Fabio!

L 'appartamento e situato in un bel Borgo a 370 metri di H, largo e confortevole è arredato con cura ed ottimi servizi: aria condizionata, lavastoviglie, lavanderia, un ottimo terrazzo privato più un altro condiviso. Il comfort è totale e il relax è garantito. Fabio poi rende una bellissima accoglienza con la sua tenerezza e simpatia.

Wir haben die Ferien in Villa Faraldi sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat die Beschreibung und unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt vorgefunden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und willkommen geheissen. Fabio, der Verwalter war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Für uns war es ein "echter Volltreffer".
