Casa Glorieta - amplia y luminosa

It’s a 230 m2 house, for 11 guests, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet and a fireplace to see the stars. The house is divided in two floors. The entrance is in the lower floor to the living room with a wood stove, dining room with kitchen. Laundry room is also in the lower floor, 1 toilette and 2 bedrooms (1 is double bedroom and the other one is with 3 twin beds), 1 complete bathroom.

There is a garden in the front with a spacious car park. This garden continues to the backyard with a grill, garden set and fire please.

In the first floor is the playroom with a sofa bed and led TV, 1 double bedroom, one other bedroom with 1 simple bed and 1 pull-off bed, 1 bathroom.

This house is equipped with oven, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, coffee-maker, mixer, wash machine, 1 42” smart TV and 1 32” TV, hair dryer. WIFI service has not a good signal because of location, but is the only company at the place. This house has central heating by under-floor heating and gas heater. There is an electricity generator in case of power cut keeping the heat of the house.

The house is located in Las Balsas neighbourhood, 800 metres away from Nahuel Huapi Lake, 2 km away from downtown and 2 km from Cerro Bayo entry. This is a house to enjoy the authentic mountain round, with a typical Patagonian environment, where the chimney and the huge table for meetings are the main attractions.

As a guest of this chalet, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
