Room was clean however lacks essential amenities such as an hairdryer. We booked for 2 adults we had only two towels and they did not had robes for everyone in the hotel. We had to use the room towels for the pool. The hotel restaurant service missed our orders often.

Nice rooms and hot springs but derelict gym

It would have been helpful to know about exemption from taxes for foreign visitors instead of having to pay for the taxes and then applying for a refund at the airport. The family room was very comfortable but when we arrived the private pool was not filled and it took 5 hours to be ready. Despite being told the room was “ready” from 1pm. The “gym” was completely abandoned, dirty and unsafe. No dumbells (just empty racks), running machines with no plugs, electric cables exposed, one barbell with no clips, deflated medicine balls and exercise balls. A complete mess and unusable. Why they advertise they have a gym is beyond me. Awful.

We booked and paid through Expedia. When we arrived, the hotel charged us a bunch more money. We had the option (1) to pay the extra sum demanded, or (2) walk away and lose what we’d paid Expedia. We were tired and had no reservation elsewhere, so we chose option 1.

Not so good.

Place was overall good. New management is terrible. Service is down, no regard for customer service. Check in was terrible. Those lobby folks have no customer service skills. Will not go back and will not recommend to others.

Beautiful property surrounded by nature. Since the minute you walk in the hotel you can see all kind of beautiful plants flowers trees original from the region. The service was excellent all the staff welling to help to accommodate your needs. The food and drinks were excellent. We stayed in suite with private pool and ti was better than the pictures. Very confortable beds and spacious rooms, we loved every detail in this suite, the private pool and the fireplace were a plus for our stay, Definitely we will back to this place.

El hotel es bonito , pero la habitación en la que yo estuve estaba deteriorada con falta de mantenimiento, sus paredes con mucha humedad y daño visible en las paredes . Una de la camas tenia el colchón como 5 cm de alto y duro sentía que dormía en tablas . Las toallas de baño pequeñas y de color amarillento.

Expedia service was excellent. Hotel area is nice! Recepción check in took an hour! Towel service is a nightmare. No hand towels. Client services at pools and restaurants is poor. Pricing at restaurants misleading. Such potential but needs better administration for the prices they charged!
