Molino del Conte 1780
Country house rustic and simple but cozy, isolated but easy to access, with large outdoor area and football field and volleyball.
The sleeping area includes double, twin, single and a dorm with bunk beds for a total of 16 beds, with three bathrooms, two with shower, all on the first floor with balcony and terrace (with children's pool).
Possibility of additional beds adding another part of the house to get up to 30 beds with a surcharge
On the ground floor there is a semi-professional kitchen with a wood-burning oven, a room (up to 50 people) with everything needed for eating and cooking, a small room and a bathroom. Outside barbecue on lava stone and ollare and canopy with ping pong and soccer.
Independent car access and parking.
